The DMS has been updated to limit the number of documents being viewed in all lists to a default of 25 of the latest documents. This is due to the observation that a number of offices have not cleansed their active documents (whether those they created or those they have received) which can reach thousands.
You have the option to increase the number of documents to be viewed by clicking the appropriate button.
This enhancement is intended to speed up the loading of document list views. However, it has the unintended consequence that using the Search tool will be limited to the documents that are loaded, with default of 25 and maximum of 1,000 documents per page.
